In April 2012 a group of building professionals joined forces to achieve the Owner’s mission: transform the 146 acre parcel into a year-round “playground” for adults.
Impeccably managed/maintained working cattle and hay production ranch with a conservation easement held by Colorado Cattleman’s Agricultural Land Trust. Designed & built multiple structures including: Ranch manager’s house, cookhouse, bunkhouses, horse barn/events center, mechanic shop, equipment storage facility, and owner’s residence.
With 1/3 mile of Chalk Creek fly fishing water and several beaver ponds, Wellspring Ranch is tucked away near the San Isabel National Forest. Buildings include: lodge, main cabin, guest cabin, and Solitude cabin. All are reclaimed, relocated, restored historic log structures.
Red Creek Trail Ranch sits on 65 pristine acres nestled into the White River National Forest. This spectacular property features a 5,756+/-sq ft custom home, an 8,400+/-sq ft indoor riding arena and barn, and a quaint yurt set on the banks of the flowing creek.
