No Compromise
Colorado River Ranch- Dotsero, CO
This Owner doesn’t compromise. She knows what she wants and she has the vision, determination and patience to get it. Owning a real working ranch was no different. After having a realtor show her several smaller parcels, she bluntly stated, (paraphrased) ‘I want to raise cows and chickens and have room to ride horses—I want a real ranch.’ And so Colorado River Ranch was born.
Her husband also has exacting standards, and together with our team they’ve turned a rough-shod ranch, once slated for a golf course and housing development, into the quintessential working ranch of the new west, complete with cows, horses and, yes, chickens.
